Linda is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built two multimillion-dollar companies as a professional focused on chaos-based service businesses. She built her first global company, Dispatch Management Services, from ground up to $250m with 6,500 employees and 80 call centers around the world, before being the first woman from New Zealand to take a company public on the NASDAQ.
Linda began her career in the management consulting division of Price Waterhouse in 1984. She subsequently joined A.T. Kearney in 1994 as a leader of the Global Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco, becoming a partner in 1998. During her time there, she also took on the role of Global Strategic Sourcing lead and specialized in financial institutions, supply chain management, direct marketing, profit improvement, outsourcing and risk management.
Linda is a founding Director of WOW Investments Ltd., a fund that invests in high-potential and women-based businesses in Western Africa. She serves on multiple corporate and philanthropic Boards including the Red Cross and the Massey University Foundation. She is a member of the World Class New Zealand Programme. Linda has appeared on CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg, and has written articles for several publications.
Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University in New Zealand and an MBA from the Wharton School. She resides in Mill Valley, California, with her husband and her two children.

Possessing an entrepreneur's spirit and a connoisseur's savvy, Ramesh specializes in providing distinctive services to an affluent clientele. His strategic efforts as the company's president have made LesConcierges the international leader in concierge service for celebrities, royal families, dot.com billionaires and other high-net-worth individuals. He has more than 20 years' experience in operations, sales and service delivery through a series of executive roles with top companies in a variety of international locations.
Whoever the client may be, Ramesh is familiar with their world. Raised in Kenya and educated in the United Kingdom, he has circled the globe many times over, and he makes a point of cultivating expertise in the finest products and services each continent offers. His curiosity and impeccable standards influence every aspect of LesConcierges, from the innovative programs and proprietary technology to the carefully selected staff.
Ramesh's guiding principle is that “the impossible is nothing.” It's a philosophy he established along with his first company, TaxiBike, a revolutionary mode of transportation for the time-starved high-end customer. More than 20 years later, the unique needs of the affluent client continue to intrigue him. He resides in Mill Valley, California, with his wife and son.

Dorian is focused on establishing strategic marketing relationships and developing leading-edge mobile apps and solutions designed to enrich the concierge experience.
Dorian has spent over 30 years working with leading Fortune 500 marketers and national ad agencies representing every major category and market. He has crafted multimillion-dollar deals with each of these blue-chip marketers: Kraft Foods, Procter & Gamble, Nike, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo, Cisco Systems, Intel, Microsoft, Ralston Purina, Helene Curtis, Fox and Walt Disney.
Dorian's publishing history includes Esquire, Disney, Sport, Mirabella, People, Parade, the Los Angeles Times, Special Reports, Elle Décor, Worth, Digital Living, California Magazine. He also helped launch Screenvision, babycenter.com, homeportfolio.com and justcauseit.com, the social-networking website for the greater good. He is the founder of Benefit Magazine, dedicated to covering the lifestyle of philanthropy in San Francisco.
On the agency side, Dorian worked at J. Walter Thompson both as SVP, Media Director and Account Director on Lever Brothers, United States Marines, US Air, Hilton Hotels; at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising on Procter & Gamble (Tide, Ivory Brands, Cascade), Jeep, Johnson & Johnson's Tylenol; at Young & Rubicam's Marsteller Division on Renault, JVC, Dannon Yogurt; and at Bozell's Kenyon & Eckhardt Division on Colgate and Columbia Pictures.
Dorian holds a B.A. from Yale University. His wife Elyse is a pediatric chemotherapist, a fashion/philanthropy innovator and a budding vintner on their Sonoma vineyard. Dorian has coached his kids' basketball and soccer teams for more than ten years, but is on sabbatical since becoming an empty nester.
ANTOINE ALSAYAH

Executive Membership Manager
Antoine comes to his post as a LesConcierges Concierge with impressive credentials earned in world-class hotels and restaurants in the US and Europe. Discovering his passion for the service industry at just 16 years old, he decided to dedicate his career to creating wonderful experiences for other people. His inborn passion for hospitality has led to experiences from guest relations to restaurant management, multiple perspectives that make him a natural fit for the concierge world.
On his global travels, Antoine made a major stopover in Switzerland to earn a diploma in international hospitality, gaining fluency in five languages before moving to the US in 1999. Currently based in San Francisco, Antoine takes advantage of what the Bay Area has to offer while continuing to travel internationally, growing further as a world citizen and seeking ways to apply the lessons of the global market to the domestic industry.
Outside of work, Antoine loves to cook Lebanese and French fare. It is a known fact that he aspires to be the first Food Network chef with a Middle Eastern cuisine show. He's on his way-he recently appeared in a restaurant round table on the local PBS show Check, Please! Bay Area. He is a farmers' market regular and an aficionado of specialty food stores, where he can be found preparing for his next dinner party-yet another way to extend his hospitality.
KIMBERLEY A. AUGUSTINE

Kim has over 22 years experience with employee work/life programs, customer loyalty programs, hotels, resorts, private membership clubs and destination management.
Kim responds to client needs and industry trends with creative, targeted strategies and signature programs. With industry-leading service as her benchmark, she ensures that LesConcierges delivers unsurpassed value to every client.
Her broad hospitality background makes Kim an invaluable asset to LesConcierges. After earning a public-relations degree from Arizona State University, she rose to director-level responsibilities in operations, concierge services, catering and event planning, and destination management, experiences that continue to be applicable in her work. She rose to the VP level over the last few years and has been working with all the LesConcierges clients to ensure that we are meeting their goals.
Kim's strategic skills have resulted in highly effective programs for both WorkLife and Customer Loyalty, as well as consistent growth in both divisions. The numbers demonstrate her success: She has achieved nearly 100% client renewals, and has surpassed revenue goals year over year. Kim's dedication to providing industry-leading service makes her success personal as well as professional.

Partnership Manager
In her role as Partnership Manager, Maggie manages the vast global network of preferred partners that offers LesConcierges clients and their customers access to the best of the best in a number of categories, including travel, dining and entertainment.
She brings over 15 years of business development and marketing experience with a successful track record in managing partnerships in the local and global corporate gift, travel, tourism and hospitality markets.
Prior to coming on board at LesConcierges, Maggie stewarded the company she co-founded through its transition from a travel publisher and accessories manufacturer to its emergence as a leading digital content provider and LBS software developer for web, GPS and wireless applications.
She personally brokered successful deals with Hilton Hotels (Hampton Inn), Best Western, Allstate Insurance, Avis and Lufthansa among many others.
JAMES ROBERT EWING

North America Account Director
James Ewing brings to LesConcierges over 15 years experience of working in client services and operations in the advertising and online industries.
At his last agency, McCann Worldgroup, he was one of the founding members of the International Team, which serviced the Microsoft Global Advertising business. As the Director of Global Operations, James managed the distribution and localization of several Microsoft global initiatives including Windows Start Something, Office 2007 and the launch of Windows Vista, as well as the day-to-day global operations related to performance based reporting and client relationship management systems.
Prior to McCann, James worked at several agencies and dot.coms including AOL and HWY 1 Communications servicing clients such as HP, Nortel, Visa, Quaker Oats and 3com.
Outside of work, James enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, rebuilding Triumph motorcycles and volunteering as a firefighter with the Mill Valley Fire Department.

Chief of Staff - Office of the Chairman
James Eyton joined LesConcierges in May 2010. He has spent his career working globally with small and medium enterprises up to listed multinational groups.
In his current role, James is responsible for evaluating and executing on potential strategic corporate transactions and driving the company's strategic business planning efforts. He is developing the company's globalization efforts working closely with key Fortune 500 clients. James manages investor relations with private investors and supports the Chairman of the Board as her Chief of Staff.
Prior to joining LesConcierges, James worked at MBNA in Europe and the United States and with Mazars LLP in New York in their transaction advisory services group.
A graduate of the London School of Economics & Political Science, James has worked in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. He is a freeman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers. James has a passion for international travel and brings his multicultural experience to his role.
BRYAN HAIR

Manager, Private Membership & Travel
Bryan Hair has over 10 years’ direct experience with luxury client concierge programs, with particular expertise in luxury travel, products, and global fine dining. Additionally, his love of wine and proximity to the Napa Valley wine region afford him growing relationships with vintners and a deep understanding of wine and the wine marketplace.
Creating bespoke, personal experiences for clients of significant means, Bryan Hair is a creative thinker with a strong aptitude for problem solving (skills honed in his studies of Architecture and Interior Design at Arizona State University) - delivering solutions particular to each situation leveraging a diverse, global network of contacts. It is this personal network that allows Bryan to deliver on LesConcierges' "No Is Not an Option" hallmark.
While Bryan grew up in Sacramento, California, he has extensively travelled throughout the United States and Europe. A passion for travel and cuisine has translated itself into a wealth of knowledge regarding premier travel destinations and the best culinary experiences in the United States and Europe.
Bryan's continued leadership within the hospitality community allows him to share with his LesConcierges peers the benefits of a concierge lifestyle based on personal experience, relationship building, and product discovery. As a regular industry resource, Bryan is dedicated to providing perspective on the luxury market space, its direction and the LesConcierges client's place within that market.
JOSEPH HAYES

Joseph Hayes has over 10 years experience in corporate concierge services with extensive experience in branding, multi-channel marketing strategy and design.
Pitch-perfect service is the essence of LesConcierges, and Joseph applies it to everything that bears the LesConcierges brand. Whether developing multichannel campaigns or distinctive online portals for clients, he finesses each detail to ensure a consistent image and a seamless client experience.
Joining LesConcierges in the year 2000 as a Concierge, Joseph has been involved in almost every facet of the industry. His deep passion for what differentiates our service has driven successful program design and implementation for over a decade.
A world traveler and a dual citizen of the USA and EU, Joseph is an avid arts and culture aficionado. Whether it's hobnobbing with Cher, creating photography books or singing "Happy Birthday" to Sean Penn in The Game, Joe is a true believer in living the concierge lifestyle. In fact, Joseph knew he'd found the right profession when asked to secure image rights from Madonna and The Rolling Stones - a unique merger of music, resourcefulness and branding.
SNEHA JHAVERI

Vice President, Product And Strategy
Sneha Jhaveri joined LesConcierges in June 2010. She has spent her career in product innovation and strategic consulting for Fortune 100 companies.
At LesConcierges, Sneha has managed a key global account launching in multiple regions. She is currently leading global product definition and strategic projects to enable international growth. She is also creating the long-term technology roadmap focused on mobile/iPad applications and developing a loyalty points product to enable customers to utilize points for products and services.
She has previously worked as a consultant for Ernst and Young Management Consulting focused on the creation of business intelligence strategies for financial institutions and retail companies. Prior to joining LesConcierges, Sneha worked for a major credit card company managing innovation for the CEO and CFO's offices.
Sneha is a founding member of the Young Luxury Marketing Council in New York City. She graduated with a 5-year BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. She moved from New York City to San Francisco two years ago and is enjoying her time exploring the Bay Area.

Connie brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Strategic Development to her H.R. role at LesConcierges.
Connie spent 15 years at Bank of America in performance management, organizational development, process re- engineering, and leadership development. While there, she directed the performance management process for the 35,000-employee Bank of America technology business unit.
In all, Connie has worked in Human Resources with seven different bank businesses across the United States. Most recently she was at a mid-size regional bank on the Peninsula, which was named "Best Place to Work in the Bay Area" 7 years in a row. She hopes to create a similar legacy at LesConcierges.
Connie received her BA in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Lynette has more than 20 years of leadership experience in customer operations and sales and within the fields of luxury goods and communications.
Lynette has managed a variety of strategic relationships with organizations that range from those that service high-net-worth clients to Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise is in managing unique, individualized, top-notch value-added client experiences and delivering boutique-quality customer experiences.
Lynette’s background is rich in developing critical company client experience strategies. She has extensive business operations experience in services industries and has held senior positions at both publicly traded companies and worldwide organizations.
Lynette is a compelling, inspirational leader and has shared her knowledge of customer operations strategies at companies like Verizon, PageNet and multiple worldwide companies.

Cathy has over 20 years experience working in the employee benefits industry.
Prior to joining LesConcierges, Cathy worked for The Great Place to Work Institute® consulting with companies to help them become recognized as a "great place to work". As Senior Vice President of ACI Specialty Benefits, Cathy sold Employee Assistance Programs, Work/Life, Concierge and Wellness services to companies nationwide. She was also a Vice President for O/E Learning, Inc. running their Work/Life/Concierge division (Leverage Life LLC).
As an entrepreneur, Cathy ran a successful multimillion-dollar Work/Life and Concierge company called FamilyCare, and is considered a pioneer in the Work/Life field. Since 1987, she has consulted with companies nationwide to establish innovative and quality work/life balance programs. These programs have greatly contributed to employers being recognized as "great places to work" and have been an essential component for increasing workplace morale, productivity, recruitment and retention.
Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from the State University of New York at Cortland and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara. She is a published author and distinguished speaker on various topics that relate to the field and study of work/life and caregiver issues.

Wendy has more than 20 years of experience in growing medium sized businesses through to maturity.
Over the course of her finance career, Wendy has proven her ability to grow successful businesses. Yet she places equally high value on exceeding customer expectations, which makes the concierge world an exceptional match for her talents.
A varied grounding in consumer products, accounting, information technology and human resources gives Wendy strategic insight into every facet of LesConcierges' business. Equally important is her fiscal discipline, a vital component in ensuring the accountability and sound decision-making that support the company's ongoing success.
Beyond the numbers, though, is the human factor. Along with an MBA from the University of Michigan, Wendy holds a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Illinois. So when training her team, the former CPA applies savvy understanding as well as rigorous focus, ensuring an exceptional level of service for every client.

Jon Norwood is an industry recognized information security expert with a career spanning two decades.
During this time, Jon has worked developed information security programs for companies of all sizes and industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, finance and Internet in addition to running a successful consulting business.
Jon's in-depth understanding of the core principles of consumer protection and information security on all levels ensures the company's information assets are in good hands. Additionally, Jon's cross-discipline approach helps to bring cohesiveness to the company's information technology program as a whole.
A quintessential geek, John has subjected many small electronic devices to reverse engineering. This lifelong curiosity and learning is a passion for Jon, and he brings this out-of-the-box thinking to the organization.

Kai creates works that resonate. He develops concepts in ways that attract talented people, and builds enthusiastic teams to realize outside-the-box ideas into extraordinary works. Across time zones, he manages to capture the zeitgeist, ahead of time. Having lived, studied and worked throughout the world, he brings local sensitivity and global awareness to projects both conceptual and physical.
Entrepreneurial acumen and a Renaissance spirit guide Kai’s work. In 2009 he launched Diamond Lil, a "bustaurant" ahead of the global food-truck frenzy. Quality execution and PR acumen achieve accolades, including the Wine & Spirit 2010 “SF Bay Area Top 10” at the San Francisco Design Center. During the past decade and prior to moving to California, he conceived, built and operated acclaimed restaurants in Central Europe. Kai’s designs are inspired with contextual history, demographic consideration and conscientious resources. In the early 1990s, he built the first private media training centers in the former Soviet bloc.
His clients range from world business leaders to International celebrities and heads of state. His works are acclaimed by everyone from the BBC, UrbanDaddy and the Wall Street Journal, to Elle and beyond. His photographic and editorial works feature in such publications as National Geographic and Wallpaper.
Kai enthusiastically joined the LesConcierges team to build and enhance LesConcierges clientele businesses, with a natural pursuit of passion and talent. His dream is to provide a perspective for his children to blossom.
BARRIE SIMPSON

Director, Quality And Business Excellence
Barrie joins LesConcierges after 25 years in the high-tech industry and is in charge of Les Concierges’s Quality of Performance in all its many aspects.
Barrie began her career as a summer intern at Hewlett Packard. There she worked across broad aspects of the business including Operations, Supplier Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Training and Development and Service Delivery. Weathering mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs, she gained experience developing global teams and defining, implementing and leading business management processes that connected the functions and stabilized the business through tumultuous times.
She was responsible for leading her last company to achieve the top customer satisfaction award for the past three years. In addition, she was a core member of a small team that led another company to achieve several "best place to work" awards as well as being recognized as a socially responsible corporate enterprise. Cal Poly San Luis Obispo prepared her well for team collaboration and problem solving cross-functional issues.
She loves to travel for work and pleasure. And in her spare time, when she's not chasing children and puppies, she loves anything to do with water!
BRENT WHITNEY

Chief Technology Officer
As CTO for LesConcierges, Brent leads the team that designs all of LesConcierges proprietary technology – CRM systems, Global Concierge Technology platform, enterprise portals for leading financial services clients and mobile apps.
Brent is a seasoned technologist with a keen eye for the latest innovation. His experiences in building and managing global software development teams have allowed Brent to deliver across a wide array of technology initiatives over the last dozen years. Brent became immersed in the Internet at Starwave in the mid-1990s leading engineering efforts for some of the most-visited sites in the world, including espn.com, nba.com, nfl.com and nascar.com. His role also encompassed fantasy sport gaming products, e-commerce and database technology. Brent was co-founder and CTO for healthshop.com (a leading online alternative healthcare portal that blended unique content with inventory of over 10,000 products), Feedster (the first and largest RSS search engine), and Salon.com (entertainment and news portal). He also played a pivotal senior level consulting role with E*TRADE as part of their transformation into an online financial portal.
Brent spent the first part of his career with Boeing in progressively more challenging roles that groomed him as both a technologist and leader. His work won multiple company awards for innovation and execution, and was particularly instrumental to building international data exchanges across suppliers and complex data models to manage millions of airplane parts across thousands of airplanes worldwide.
When Brent isn't online, you might find him on his mountain bike in the Marin Headlands, traveling, playing badminton, or being with his two kids and dog. Brent earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from Seattle Pacific University and a Masters Degree in Finance from Seattle University.
