An onsite Concierge is a personal, human statement of commitment. In addition to fulfilling individual requests and coordinating activities, onsite LesConcierges staff can organize onsite vendor services to fulfill a wide variety of errands and tasks without leaving a property. A few examples are dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off; mobile car washes/oil changes; flu shot clinics; and book and holiday gift fairs. Onsite service is of course augmented by after-hours and additional virtual support provided by LesConcierges Service Center.
A LesConcierges virtual program allows access to our service center Concierges anytime, from anywhere. This is done through toll-free telephone access, intranet or our proprietary MyConcierge website, email or fax to one of our professionals on the ground in relevant cities worldwide. With LesConcierges virtual service, there will be a professional Concierge always within reach, day or night, whether contacting us from the office, home, chairlift or white sand beach.
Our customers can access our proprietary MyConcierge program via the internet—both by computer and through their smart phones (iPhone, Blackberry, etc.) and their iPads.
