LINDA M. JENKINSON

– Linda Jenkinson Linda is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built two multimillion-dollar companies as a professional focused on chaos-based service businesses. She built her first global company, Dispatch Management Services, from ground up to $250m with 6,500 employees and 80 call centers around the world, before being the first woman from New Zealand to take a company public on the NASDAQ. Linda began her career in the management consulting division of Price Waterhouse in 1984. She subsequently joined A.T. Kearney in 1994 as a leader of the Global Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco, becoming a partner in 1998. During her time there, she also took on the role of Global Strategic Sourcing lead and specialized in financial institutions, supply chain management, direct marketing, profit improvement, outsourcing and risk management. Linda is a founding Director of WOW Investments Ltd., a fund that invests in high-potential and women-based businesses in Western Africa. She serves on multiple corporate and philanthropic Boards including the Red Cross and the Massey University Foundation. She is a member of the World Class New Zealand Programme. Linda has appeared on CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg, and has written articles for several publications. Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University in New Zealand and an MBA from the Wharton School. She resides in Mill Valley, California, with her husband and her two children. “The impossible is nothing.” – Ramesh Patel Possessing an entrepreneur’s spirit and a connoisseur’s savvy, Ramesh specializes in providing distinctive services to an affluent clientele. His strategic efforts as the company’s president have made LesConcierges the international leader in concierge service for celebrities, royal families, dot.com billionaires and other high-net-worth individuals. He has more than 20 years’ experience in operations, sales and service delivery through a series of executive roles with top companies in a variety of international locations. Whoever the client may be, Ramesh is familiar with their world. Raised in Kenya and educated in the United Kingdom, he has circled the globe many times over, and he makes a point of cultivating expertise in the finest products and services each continent offers. His curiosity and impeccable standards influence every aspect of LesConcierges, from the innovative programs and proprietary technology to the carefully selected staff. Ramesh’s guiding principle is that “the impossible is nothing.” It’s a philosophy he established along with his first company, TaxiBike, a revolutionary mode of transportation for the time-starved high-end customer. More than 20 years later, the unique needs of the affluent client continue to intrigue him. He resides in Mill Valley, California, with his wife and son.
JAMES G. EYTON
Chief Strategy Officer
Matt oversees LesConcierges’ global technology strategy and implementation, including information technology, security and compliance, and software development. Matt has led technology teams for over ten years, and prior to joining LesConcierges in January 2012, he was Head of Internal IT at Hotwire.com. With more than four years with Hotwire and Expedia, Matt helped to establish enterprise best practices while gaining knowledge about the travel industry. Matt is a perpetual student of business and a serial entrepreneur with many successful business ventures under his belt, from mobile apps to laundromats. He is constantly in pursuit of the next big achievement, and he fundamentally understands that every end user is actually a customer. Matt spends his spare time learning new things, such as piano and Italian, though he claims that none of it sticks with him. Always looking for the next opportunity, he serves as an advisor to several small firms and startups, keeping him ever learning new tech skills. Matt and his wife of six years, Lolita, volunteer with various philanthropic organizations as a way to give back.
Chief Operating Officer
Connie brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Strategic Development to her H.R. role at LesConcierges. Connie spent 15 years at Bank of America in performance management, organizational development, process re- engineering, and leadership development. While there, she directed the performance management process for the 35,000-employee Bank of America technology business unit. In all, Connie has worked in Human Resources with seven different bank businesses across the United States. Most recently she was at a mid-size regional bank on the Peninsula, which was named “Best Place to Work in the Bay Area” 7 years in a row. She hopes to create a similar legacy at LesConcierges. Connie received her BA in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Global Head of Sales
Sneha Jhaveri joined LesConcierges in June 2010. She has spent her career in product innovation and strategic consulting for Fortune 100 companies. At LesConcierges, Sneha has managed a key global account launching in multiple regions. She is currently leading global product definition and strategic projects to enable international growth. She is also creating the long-term technology roadmap focused on mobile/iPad applications and developing a loyalty points product to enable customers to utilize points for products and services. She has previously worked as a consultant for Ernst and Young Management Consulting focused on the creation of business intelligence strategies for financial institutions and retail companies. Prior to joining LesConcierges, Sneha worked for a major credit card company managing innovation for the CEO and CFO’s offices. Sneha is a founding member of the Young Luxury Marketing Council in New York City. She graduated with a 5-year BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. She moved from New York City to San Francisco two years ago and is enjoying her time exploring the Bay Area.
An e-commerce veteran, Todd has served as a product management, marketing and technology leader with many premier global consumer brands. Todd joined LesConcierges from TRX, where he was vice president of data intelligence and an instrumental player in the acquisition of TRX by Concur Technologies. Prior to TRX, he was vice president of products at Rearden Commerce, where he was responsible for a global travel and entertainment product portfolio spanning the consumer, enterprise and small-business markets. Raised in a family of passionate travelers, Todd has traveled the globe and used his deep knowledge to launch numerous consumer travel websites. Among the many consumer travel sites he’s worked on, he developed the online booking sites for Star Alliance that served 25 countries in local languages, and holds a patent for Travel Services Search. Todd spends much of his spare time seeing the world, and at the top of his travel wish list is a day on the track at Nurburgring, going full throttle.
